Looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. The rent includes ALL utilites along with cable and high speed internet. The room comes furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and night stand. Or if you don't need the furniture, I can remove it all. The unit is a 2 bdrm, 1.5 bath, kitchen, dining room and living room. I have a stackable washer and dryer. The room is available September 1.....with possibly moving it up to Aug 15. There is no lease to sign, just roommate courtesy. Granted I am looking for someone that will stay at least six months or longer. The unit is in walking distance of the Dimond mall.
