All utilities are included internet and cable ( satellite) Please be reasonable, when i say all utilities included it's not for you to have your Tv and lights on the whole entire day . You will have your own bathroom and parking lot. I'm 45 years and old and my daughter is 20, we both work and my daughter is also in school.We would prefer a Female, and also a non-smoker( you could smoke outside the condo) a washer and dryer is also included, shared kitchen.
