I work as private swim instructor/coach &  I'm in school, I'm a single mom, my 3 yr old son is awesome to be around, we are seasoned landlords,  we're gone everyday usually by 9am , home around 8pm,  weekends we play outdoors ski, hike, swim, bike, boat, snowmachine, camp,  we do it all.  We are readers, have a tv &accessories but mostly  use it for movies on rainy days.

Rent is due on time, the 28th of each month, no smoking, social drinker, no drugs, we enjoy family & friends visiting, we often leave for long weekends. We're busy but have lots of fun. I'm open to rental options month to month, or 6 months - 12 month , however, 1st and last months rent is required.
