Liberal males to share in Highland Area (One block off Highland) $400 I have a very seldom available  luxury bedroom and bath, (the bath you share with one other person who works nights and is connected to the room), for rent in the Highland area of Birmingham.  You will have full use of the kitchen, of which there are two in the house, and laundry facilities are on the same floor as this bedroom and bath. YOU must have a full time job with provable income as well as references from employers and your last living situation.UAB students welcome with proof of income to pay for this room.   If you are a party person don't even bother to apply.  You must like dogs as well as I have several.  This is a huge house so rarely would we even cross paths unless we wanted to do so.   There is a $400 deposit and this room will be available on April 1st 2010 and a one year commitment to reside here.  We are very laid back professional men and expect the same from you.
