room with private bath (crestline/crestwood) $450 2010-07-27 Room for rent September 1st. I have a furnished room with a private bath for rent in my home. All utilities included. Wireless high speed internet access too. Home is convenient to shopping, UAB, St Vincents, interstate 59, 459, and 20. I prefer a female roommate but will consider a guy on a case by case basis. Kitchen privileges included. If the room is only needed part of the week I will reduce the rent some. I prefer a student or a medical professional but am open to other possibilities.
